Back by popular demand, Strength For Beginners returns on Saturday, April 26th! This one-day seminar covers everything you’ll need to be an absolute force in the weight room. Led by the Strength Haüs team, you’ll learn the foundations of barbell & kettlebell training, what techniques & options work with your body, and how to write your own workouts so you can feel confident in the gym and take your journey to the next level.
