Led by the Strength Haüs team, you’ll learn the foundations of barbell & kettlebell training, what techniques & options work with your body, and how to write your own workouts so you can feel confident in the gym and take your journey to the next level.

Whether you have never lifted a weight in your entire life or are a seasoned lifter looking to tighten up technique, there’s something for everyone.
