DO YOU OFFER MONTH TO MONTH MEMBERSHIPS?
All of our memberships work on a subscription-based model. Just click “subscribe” when you want to sign up and “unsubscribe” when you want to cancel. No cancellation fees or any of that nonsense.

DO YOU OFFER PERSONAL TRAINING?
Absolutely! Our team of coaches work with all types of people, from beginners to professional athletes. Check out our Team Page to learn more about them. Fill out our Personal Training form to connect with the coach of your choice!

IS THIS A BAREFOOT-ONLY GYM?
Nooooo no no. We just don’t allow outside footwear, so make sure you have a fresh clean pair of shoes to workout in (just bring them in your gym bag). Nobody wants to workout on whatever is all over the streets of Philly. Gross. Barefoot, socks, shoes, whatever works for you works for us!

Can I try out a class before I join?
Sure thing! Just shoot us a message with the class you’d like to take or the day/time you’d like to come by and we’ll get you set up.

What is included with Membership?
All classes - KBSC, Barbell Club, Power & Conditioning, Swing School - as well as open gym, and all events put on by Strength Haüs with the exception of our Strength for Beginners workshop. Any events put on by outside organizations at Strength Haüs are not included. Members also have pretty cushy guest privileges.

Do you have squat racks? Freeweights?
We have three squat racks (two with deadlift platforms attached) as well as an olympic platform, powerlifting and olympic lifting bars from Texas & Rogue as well as a Texas Deadlift Bar. Kettlebells from 8 - 48kg. Dumbbells from 5 - 85lbs. Leg curl/extension machine. Cable Machine. Sled. Assault Bikes. SkiErg. TRX. Medicine Slam Balls. Plyo Boxes. Bulgarian Bags. Steel Maces.
